These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3patt governing your use of the platform, your account, all gaming products, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals. Please read them carefully before using 3patt.

Accessing 3patt in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — constitutes your representation that you are at least 21 years of age. 3patt enforces age verification at registration and at withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one 3patt account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to exploit bonuses or inadvertently — will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety without notice or appeal.
All 3patt bonuses — welcome, reload, cashback, and promotional — are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
Before processing any withdrawal, 3patt is required by its international gaming license to verify your identity (KYC — Know Your Customer). You will be required to submit valid identity documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. This protects you and satisfies regulatory obligations.
Any attempt to defraud 3patt or other players — including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion in poker or table games, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of system errors — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities where applicable.
Every 3patt account includes access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
References to "including" or "includes" shall be construed as "including without limitation." Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where these Terms conflict with specific promotional terms, the promotional terms govern for that specific promotion only; these Terms govern in all other respects.
By accessing the 3patt platform — including by visiting https://3patt.bio, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3patt platform and close your account if one exists. 3patt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms apply to all regions and jurisdictions from which a player accesses 3patt. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using 3patt is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3patt does not represent that these services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
To open and maintain a 3patt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
3patt will request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time, and specifically before processing the first withdrawal from any account. Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to: Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), valid passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be closed and all associated funds forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 3patt. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, the same mobile number, or different credentials — is strictly prohibited. 3patt employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended or closed, and any bonus funds and winnings accumulated may be forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth, name, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Your account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 3patt account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3patt immediately via our support channels.
3patt accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the selected method supports PKR denomination.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 3patt does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges which are outside 3patt's control.
All funds deposited to 3patt must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including deposits made by another person using their account on your behalf — are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. 3patt reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.
3patt implements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls in compliance with its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to provide documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited in excess of specified thresholds.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds that represent your verified real-money balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, or to bank accounts registered in the account holder's verified name. This policy is a regulatory requirement under 3patt's license and cannot be waived.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing times are 3 to 12 hours for amounts up to Rs 100,000, and up to 3 business days for larger amounts or where additional verification is required. VIP account holders may receive priority processing times.
3patt reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violations; or (c) receipt of required documentation. 3patt will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the affected player via registered contact details.
3patt offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in individual promotional materials:
3patt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. 3patt also reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
All gaming products on 3patt are operated in accordance with their published rules. Specific rules for each game category — including sports betting settlement rules, casino game rules, slot game paytables, and Monster Dice multiplier mechanics — are available within the respective game or product section of the 3patt platform.
All digital casino games and slot titles on 3patt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories to confirm compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and true randomness standards. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time with physical cards, wheels, or dice and are streamed under studio conditions monitored for integrity.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game, 3patt's internal game logs are the definitive record of the session outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established due to a technical error, 3patt may void the affected game round and refund the relevant stake. This decision is at 3patt's sole discretion.
Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket; relevant international sports federations for other markets). 3patt reserves the right to void bets where the relevant result is not officially confirmed or where integrity concerns have been raised by the governing body.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3patt and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
3patt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. In compliance with its international gaming license obligations, 3patt makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players via their account settings:
3patt enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly and without exception. Where an account is closed due to a player breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been accumulated through fraudulent means, it will be forfeited in its entirety. Where closure occurs for administrative reasons unrelated to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their 3patt account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patt's liability to any player in connection with these Terms, any account, or any gaming product shall be limited to the verified real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
3patt expressly excludes liability for: (a) any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform; (b) losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions outside 3patt's direct control; (c) losses arising from the player's own failure to review applicable game rules or Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.
The 3patt platform is provided "as is." While 3patt endeavours to ensure uninterrupted platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where practicable.
All intellectual property on the 3patt platform — including but not limited to the 3patt name, logo, branding, design elements, software, content, game titles, and proprietary game mechanics (including Monster Dice) — is owned by or licensed to 3patt and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3patt platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the 3patt platform.
3patt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3patt will notify registered players via email or platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 3patt platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revision to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 3patt's international gaming license jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 3patt platform, both parties agree to seek resolution in good faith through 3patt's internal complaints process in the first instance.
3patt's internal complaints process is initiated by submitting a formal complaint to [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute and any supporting evidence. 3patt will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a final resolution within 28 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body specified under 3patt's gaming license.
Players from Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming regulations are evolving and agree that any dispute will be resolved under the dispute resolution framework applicable to 3patt's license jurisdiction rather than under Pakistani domestic courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
